Please contact your health insurance plan and find out if they are contracted with the Korean American Medical Group. Then choose your Primary Care Physician and call our main, toll-free number 1 (844) 477-7777 to join the KAMG.
If you have a group health plan, contact your plan administrator and find out the enrollment date and requirements and call our main number for assistance.
