Korean American Medical Group (KAMG) is a contracted provider of Health Net. Health Net is contracted with Medicare for HMO and HMO SNP plans, and with the state Medicaid program. Enrollment in Health Net depends on contract renewal. Other Physicians/Providers are available in our network. Health Net complies with applicable Federal civil rights laws and does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national origin, age, disability, or sex. You must be entitled to Medicare Part A and enrolled in Medicare Part B and live in the plan’s service area to be eligible for these plans. You must continue to pay your Medicare Part B premium.
