Enrollment in Health Net depends on contract renewal. Other Physicians/Providers are available in our network. You must be entitled to Medicare Part A and enrolled in Medicare Part B and live in the plan’s service area to be eligible for these plans. You must continue to pay your Medicare Part B premium.
